In the payments list, you can track all your payments data:
- Initiated date
- Payment id
- Sender details
- Disbursement id
- This is the unique reference created with your account setup. It can be: invoice number, customer id, transaction id, student id, depending on your company needs.
By clicking on a payment from the list, you are able to see all the payment details, including amount, sender information and associated refunds (if any).
If your company has multiple receiving accounts setup, you can use the "Receiving account" filter to find the list of payments for each portal.
You can easily find a payment or a list a payments by typing your criteria into the search box. Try searching by payment id, disbursement id or sender details (name or email) to find all payments you want.
You can also filter the list of payments by status and/or initiated date.
