If you have a list of refunds, you can import them directly in our system as a bundle.
Steps:
- Select the "Refunds" menu
- Select the "Bundles" tab
- Click on the import icon from the top right corner
- If needed, you can download the import template
- Prepare the CSV file with the data you want to import (payment id and amount)
- Upload the import file (we will perform all the needed validations and import the refunds)
- In case of errors, you will need to fix all errors to continue with the import (we are importing all or none of the refunds)
- If the import was successful, you will see the imported bundle displayed in the "Bundles" list, and each individual refund displayed in the "Refunds" list
