How does it work?
Flywire recently acquired Cohort Go to provide you with an even more comprehensive Agent Platform. You can now securelydeliver payments to more than 5,000 education institutions worldwide who are not currently part of the Flywire network. If an agent needs to send payment to an institution that does not work with Flywire today, the payment request for the student will direct the student to a slightly different payment experience, but the same requirements will be requested. Please find a user guide for your respective country (note: agents in Australia should use the Vietnam user guide):
What payment methods are available?
Payers who send tuition payments from China can choose to use bank transfer or Alipay. Payers from India and Vietnam may choose bank transfer.
Is the pricing the same?
Pricing will be similar to when students are sending funds to a school that is part of Flywire’s global education network. There are no additional fees to the student.
Please note that Flywire’s “Best Price Guarantee” will not apply for payments destined for non-Flywire schools.
How do refunds work?
Flywire will support refunds back to the payer’s original source of payment. Per current process, payers from India and Vietnam (not applicable for payers from China) will be required to provide KYC documents, proof of payment, and evidence supporting banking details (e.g., bank statement etc.). Schools may be required to provide documents supporting the refund for payment identification purposes. Once payment from the school has been received and payer provided all required documentation, if applicable, refund will be processed within 2 business days.
