Instructions:
- Our global support team is available around the clock when you need them. However, it will be more efficient if you use the resources available within your Flywire Agent Platform.
- We have a best-in-class LIVE CHAT in the bottom left corner that you can use 24-7 that will direct you to relevant resources, answer your questions, and be able to refer you to a live agent if you need further assistance.
- To connect with a live agent simply type “live agent” in the chat dialogue box.
- “Help Center”, also in the lower left, will open a new tab where you can find easy to follow step-by-step tutorials.
- Or you can click on “My support tickets” which also opens a new tab where you can create new support tickets or view your outstanding support tickets.
