Instructions:
- Navigate to the Payments tab in your Flywire Agent Platform
- Search for the payment using the payment ID or the student’s name
- If your payment is not listed click Add payments in the top right corner
- Paste the Payment ID in the search bar and click Search
- Now confirm that you are the authorized representative of the student and that the details are correct
- The payment will now appear in the payments section of your Flywire Agent Platform
- Select that payment
- You will now find the Payment tracking link at the bottom of the page.
- Click on it to see the status or copy the link to your clipboard
